I check them out they are very simple,
I'm looking something more elaborate for a restaurant project
with on line ordering, delivery and take out product catalogue, menu
location map contact us, etc. and compatable with
WebSite X5 Professional 13

This is not the goal of x5, it's primary for home use and create websites for that purpuse. Sinds the beginning it's evolved to a very professional program and has a lot more feutures then intended when x5 started.
But an online restaurant with connected databases for ordering and take out is not one of them.
My advice, look for a specific program for this (that could partly be integrated) or hire a profesional programmer.
You could give it a try and ask Incomedia to create such possibilities in an IDEA post. Maybe they can integrate it in the future. I think you can come a long way with x5 but it would still need a lot of custom coding that can't be found in a template.
