No Zip Export from "Smart" Version?

I had created a pages using Website X5 v.9 Smart. Now I want to continue editing them with Website X5 v.12 Home. How can I export and import? All the instructions in this forum see to say that one can export and reimpoert a project in zipped format. However, in my installions there is no such option. Export leads to an uncompessed local version of the created website including all files and folders.
