how do i show this form below about user registration and login.
i have already created a database on my host server and already link the databse on X5 Data Management.

If you have set in step1 acces mode to automatic registration then if a user does not fill in or fills in a wrong username/password in the login widget he will land automaticly on this page.
If you wish to link to this page create a link from a text or a pictuure or a menu item like a level, to the special pages section->reserved area. It's just like a normal link only to the page you want in your post)
You can also drag it in the menu from step3 and then rename it (x5 will make a copy of the link to this page)
