I have a problem with multilanguage. I don't know what and where i have to upload on the server.

I made "welcome website" and add two different language. I also make a copy of main project and made the changes it the copy, but still I don't know what i have to "show in the link" after choose svedish language.

I made folder in the main folder on the server ling2 I uploaded also copy of main project to this folder but how can I start it ?
