Saving Project & Updating files... application hang

Recently purchased & installed WebSite X5 Pro version to give much needed update to intranet site.
A reoccuring issue is the application frequently hangs when I attempt to save a project, or upload files to website. The progress bar will scroll to 98-99 % and then hang there. I've let it sit for over 8 hours and still hung. When I restart the PC and attempt to open project I get 'not closed properly' message. So far I've only lost recent changes so I'm saving often and creating backups.
Not sure how to begin to troubleshoot this issue. Currently saving frequently and having to repeat work when the app hangs. I've noticed a seperate post that I believe to be a similair issue but no responses to that post to reference. Help Incomedia!

DEFINITLY an issue with 13.0.3.22.
Today I uninstalled X5 from my PC and then went through and deleted any remaining folders, (Documents, AppData, etc..).
Installed X5 pro v13.0.2.19. I did not perform the update as suggested, (as I did on the initial install).
Tried importing project but unable to open as it was created in a more current version.
So I RE-CREATED the website from scratch. So now 9 hours later I have the website up and running and had no issues with saving, exporting, opening the project at will.
Incomedia needs to take a hard look at the update v13.0.3.22 as indicated by the numerous post showing here recently.
