The Helpdesk is not a website but much better compared to an forum. And yes on forum's there is usually a scoring of some kind available.

But Why and where would you like to see it on a website? People can't post, a website is mailnly for sharing information to a reader.

There are a lot for free available search internet for free BBS.

If you want to track your visitors on your website this can be done with, google analytics or shinystat, or any other counter like statcounter for instance.

Maybe you ment it on a different level then please elaborate.

I would like people that visit my website to be able to log in and have their own profile and have a scoring system. For example, if they give a review of a product they get points etc. As you said, like on a forum.

If it is not possible with the features provided, is it possible to add with html coding while building the website or after it's launched?
