Please try to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:

To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 you need as first to use following cleanup tool to remove .NET 4:

Once done go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
This procedure can take some time to deactivate and activate .NET 3.5.1 and once done reinstall .NET 4 after downloading it from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718

If this should not help uninstall Version 13 and then uninstall also the Visual C++ 2010, 2012 and 2013 libraries and then reinstall WebSite X5 Version 13 by downloading it from your profile under the "Downloads" section.

I did everything you proposed... same result: it closes just before the mean window can open where I can choose for a new or old project.  I installed the program on another computer and it's OK, but I need it on my principal PC.

Another question: Can I  use my license on 2 different computers? Maybe that's the reason it's not working?...

Please try using these tools from Microsoft, to test and repair the entire .net frameworks installed on your pc.
Download them from https://msdnshared.blob.core.windows.net/media/MSDNBlogsFS/prod.evol.blogs.msdn.com/CommunityServer.Components.PostAttachments/00/08/99/90/04/netfx_setupverifier_new_2015_12_18.zip then open the .zip file and start the netfx_setupverifier.exe. This will check if your .net frameworks are corrupted and if it finds any errors, you can restore them with this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 (seleziona NetFxRepairTool.exe e procedi al download) . If even this last tool is not able to fix the error there probably are ther issues in your system you need to check out.

Njep, I did the complete control. And I don't know if there was a repair or not. I cannot read the logs. What could it be? All the rest of my programs work perfectly. I have a repair program 'Reimage' that repairs all missing parts in the system. I erased my webx5 evolution 13 and downloaded and installed it again, but it's not working. Is there an upgrade higher than the one that is on the downloadpages?

The error you receive according to microsoft refers to .NET 4 which is not working coretly or some parts are missing.

Try please following:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1

Once done install .NET 4.5.2 from following link:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1

And then enable 4.6 in Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off and then test the program again.

It's probably a problem with the missing 4.5.2 and my PC don't want to install it because a more recent version 4.6 is installed (even when I clear it in the windows features). My conclusion is this: Incomedia has to upgrade his version for windows 10 with .NET 4.6 ... not me return to 4.5.2

I will not be the only one who will have this problem because windows 7 will not been supported any more in the future.

The point is now that I'm blocked with my website in my portable under windows 7 because when I have to to put new podcasts in my website all the previous podcasts have their storage in my main computer, what means I have to change evertything.... 

I need my website working under windows 10... that's all.

The program uses .NET 4.6 but windows is missing components required to make .NET 4.6 to work correctly.

Have you tried to uninstall .NET 4.6 like I suggested on Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off and then to install 4.5.2?

Yes I did and as I said previously: my PC don't want to install 4.5.2 because 'a more recent version 4.6 is installed' (even when I clear it in the windows features). So it seems not sufficient to set it off.

No Claudio, it's not working. And I think I give it up. It repeats that a newer version is on my computer and ... By the way, I have also evolution 12 (working well) on my computer and it works even letting  .NET desactivated.

The problem is that I cannot return to ev12 with my website. I'm in deep trouble! 

I think it must be another reason than the .NET thing

I found the solution in another english answer of a collegue of yours. I simply had to uninstall Web Companion of Lava. Everything is OK now. It's a big weight leaving of my shoulders because I began to doubt about the upgrade of my other computer to windows 10

Anyway, thanks for the efforts and the patience and sometimes the solution is simpler than we think...
