Reserved Area where different users access different pages

We have created a Reserved Area (thanks Andre) but we need to have different users accessing different pages (from where they can download files that are only relevant to them). So far the only way we have found to do this is to create multiple pages, 1 for each member (see attached file). We then need to tell them which Member Number they are as well as their Username and Password so that they can log in to their specific page.
Is there a better way to do this?
Thanks,
Rod.
We are using V8 because it has always been able to do what we needed it to - we have purchased V13 and will upgrade our site once we release an updated version of our software, which we need to do as soon as possible.

No, that's the way, for every section (page) you can create a login and password in step4.
then you can set a page for that section only, and then only members that know this reserved area password can login.
other reserved passwords can be set to other pages, or to several pages, then these can acces these pages.
But the way you do it know is the way to go.

Thanks again Andre.
What we have done is working well. However, if we have say 120 members the drop-down list from the Member's Area button on the right-hand side of the Menu bar will have 120 items (Member 001 ... Member 120). It would be better if all members logged in from ONE page and after they have entered their username and password they were taken to their individual hidden page. Is there a way to do that?
Here's a link to our website.
Thanks again,
Rod.

In v13 customer can make theirt own account, but it still nneeds to mbe assigned to a page manually and the page(s) also needs to be made manually.
