Trying to upload to my server, all i get is an error message
Connection error:it is not possible to complete the operation

Have you resolved this error?
Is this a new host for your website, or have you been using it successfully for some time?
Did this error occur recently or only since your update to V13.1.0.5?
Have you tried using an alternative FTP client like Filezilla (free)?

i have not resilved this yet. This is not a new host, been using it for years,without issue. i was just wondering if it was the the new version of the software

Kev - it is possible, but unlikely. Both evo and pro have updated for me without causing any issues with ftp. On the off chance it may help, I have attached a screen shot for one of my sites.
Every time I have had such an issue it has always been a temporary issue with the host (maybe I have just been lucky), that's why I recommend trying filezilla to see if the server and destination directory is accessible.
