Characters change after upload

Using Evolution 12, i finished my website.
I have some characters: € - é - &
Everything was good until I uploaded the site.
Then therse characters changed to A<< symbol.
What can be the problem here?

Websitex5 works with utf-8, make sure the server has set the correct fonttyp utf-8, otherwise special characters will be displayed incorrectly.

please follow Juag's suggestion to set UTF-8 in the server. Then please let us know if you could solve the issue.
