Importing issue

I have upgraded from x5 10 to x5 13, I tried import a previous project, but I get this error message:
An error occured while loading Project.
(End of Central Directory record could not be found)
How can i fix this and import my project.

Can you create another iwzip file in WX5 V10 and then again try and import the new iwzip?
If this does not work, please advise the size of iwzip file.
