I recently had a theft/vandalism of my work laptop. 70% of my clients were backed up properly through other CMS software, but I am having a difficult time recovering projects done through Website X5 and the compression. Is this something thats possible to reverse even if I have every extracted file unaltered from Website X5 to populate it back through the software?

Depending on what you have, there are the following:
Project as iwzip available, iwzip in wx5 import and rework.
Iwprj, iwprj2 backup existing backup restore in wx5.
Project.iwprj2 oede .iwprj available, reopen this (possibly copying entire project directory or adapting directory to wx5)
Only published homepage available: Create new project and copy the structure according to the opened homepage, and copy contents like texts, pictures and files (pdf etc.).
An import or conversion of the entire homepage asu html / php is unfortunately not possible.

Hello Chester,
If you still have the project folder with the .iwprj files in it move the folder in the project folder used by the program which canbe found in the preferences when you start the program.
If you have the project file with .iwzip as ending it can be imported in the program.
In case you only have the exported HTML files these ones cannot be opened in the program since it will be necessary to have the project file but you can rebuild the project by opening the website and copying the content to paste it in a new project to rebuild it faster.
Many thanks!
