How to center horizonal menu on page

Ok i worked out i had to many menu across the the top but it used to fit in v12 anyway i deleted one now it fits i dont suppose the is a way of centering the horizonal menu is there.

Why not?
Goto step2 template customization, select template structure.
Select on the left wich viewport you want to adjust (if you have responsive on) then select at page selection your menu. use alignment below to adjust margins and alignment.
