At the moment there is not an option in the Login & Logout object to create the same style like in your screenshot.
I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
create users in step 1 TAB advanced acces management.
Then lock the page in step 3 with button on top.
press button on top again to give acces to the users you have set in acces management.
That's it.
