Version 12 made extensive use of Flash
Flash support has been discontinued in most popular browsers over recent years, and has never been supported on IOS
Versions 13 and 14 use HTML5 which is fully supported on all platforms and all devices. If you click on your profile (top right) and then offers, you may wish to take advantage and upgrade to V14
