XML Error - Website X5 v14

When trying to load my project, (www.beddau-computers.co.uk), I get the following message: Error in XML document (0,0). Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

The only way I know is to get a backup. If you made one use that one.
if not try the auto backup feuture of x5 it should still work in v14.
