Ik krijg mijn mp4 film niet te zien. Ik zie steeds iets van een plug in die ontbreekt. Waar haal ik die plug in?

Ik wilde graag wat mp4 filmpjes in mijn website laten zien. Maar ik krijg het in de nieuwe versie 14 prof. niet voor elkaar. Wat ik ook probeer, ik krijg steeds in het orgineel te zien dat hij een plug in mist. Over welke plug in heeft hij het? Is dat iets op mijn computer wat mist? Op welke plek ik ook naar de site kijk, met mobiliel of aple hij zegt overal dat hij de plugin mist.
Hoe moet ik verder? Wie kan mij helpen?

install Chrome Browser if not already installed and then install the Windows Media Player Plugin for Chrome by following the instructions available here:

Open the Preview Browser of WebSite X5 and then visit following link on it:
