search for the iwprj file, then set folder name 1 higher then where the file is in in your preference. Then it should work.

Sorry but my original post was incorrect. My project was created in version 11 and I cannot get it to open in version 13.

I have tried the import option but this does not seem to work. The file name in preferences comes up as below:

C:\Users\steve\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v11 - Evolution\chalkstone karate 2016\

Hi Steve, 

in order to import a project from a previous version, you need to export the project on Step 5 by choosing the option 
Export the Project. In this way, you will generate an iwzip file, which you then can import in your version 13 by selecting "Import...". Did you correctly followed these steps?

Please post a screenshot of the error message you get, if you get any, and please explain step by step what you do and what happens.
