Error Code 321. Licence key does not correspond to product

I've just purchased a copy of Evolution 14 from Cleverbridge (I have version 10 and an offer came up this morning to purchase 14 at a reduced price). After installing the programme I put in the Licence key that was sent to me and I get error code 321. I have tried cut and paste the key and typing it in.

Please forget my post. I just tried again (after leaving it a few hours) and it worked straight away. Programme is up and running
