There is still a YouTube gallery at the top of the page that displays in a shadowbox when played.  https://www.jpw.ca/education-resources-downloads.html

Aside from a good way to display videos, the shadowbox viewing keeps visitors on your site and not directed off or to another video or site.

What is needed is a shadowbox that adjusts to mobile by reducing the margins and increases the size of the video especially when the phone is turned on its side.

That would be my suggestion to make the YouTube Gallery truly mobile friendly.
