How do I decrease or eliminate the gap between the header and page contents in mobile view

Hello Everyone,
I'm getiing a huge gap between the title in the header and the images in the page contents when in mobile view. I would like the images to appear as they do in desktop view (No gap). The site can be viewed at

Rob, go to Template, Template Structure and select each resolution, and in each set the header and header background heights to your requirements
