Why am I seeing the demo content from X5 on my website? I purchased version 14 and now my website is visible with demo X5 content. I checked the forum and tried to refresh but I still get the same content on my site. Can someone please help me?

I had the same problem, thi is what I did.
Exported the project from V14 and used the optimizer. Imported the optimized project into V15, and then ctrl + preview. Exported the project as html to disk, looked ok. Then an export to the server and that was also fine. So the solution is after importing a project into V15 first use ctrl + preview.

Unfortunately, I am still getting the X5 Demo Version all over my photo and swf content.

Has anyone else tried something similar or found another way to get around this issue?
Brian, are you using v15?
I recommend downloading v15 (your profile top right, click on download) and install/update v15 which will require you to enter your registration email and password.
If you are still using v14, do the same.
The files then generated and uploaded should not have demo on them.
For what it is worth, if you are entitled to v15 I highly recommend you use it (export from v14 then import the iwzip), the transition between the 2 versions is painless and a number of annoyances in v14 have been rectified in v15.
Hi Brian,
please follow Esahc's advice and let me know if you can solve the issue. Please remember to press CTRL+Preview and export the whole website again. After that, you should be able to see the correct website, if you don't, please remember to refresh your cache after the export.
Thank you! Kind regards.

I am extremely frustratedas I have tried to follow the above advice but somehow my site still shows X5 Demo Version on my Home page photos and on my mobile phone it does not have any of the updated content at all. It's showing a template in it's original structure that I have changed for my website!
Brian, I do not see the demo notations in the english version, but I note you are using an intro page, when a selection is made this opens home.html. I also note you have both index.html and index.php
I suspect you should delete index.html, but if in any doubt, please use an ftp program (like filezilla) and rename index.html as old.html on your host.
Before doing this, if you'd like to check this is the issue

Hi Brian,
as Esahc said, I confirm that the "Demo" label is not visible. Please follow his advice and please let me know if you need further help.
Kind regards.
