There was an error loading the project : IP address defined for local web server preview is not correct.

c: \ Users \ Your Windows user name \ AppData \ Local \ Incomedia \ WebSite Edit the config.xml file that you can find in X5 v15-Professional as follows:
<IPAdresi> 127.0.0.1 </ IPAddress>
<PortNumber> 8080 </ PortNumber>
