Hi,
I am still running v11 due to a very long running issue that has recently been resolved.
Recently my customers are getting "There’s a problem with your shipping address." error message when trying to pay with PayPal.
I tested myself and there is an issue with a correct address.
I see that otehrs have had this issue and I am wondering if there is a fix for v11?
I missed the discount upgrade offers due to my abovementioned longstanding issue and it appears there is no longer an upgrade option.
Happy to wait for a new version to be released with the usual offers, but in the meantime I need PayPal to be usable.
Thanks
Martin

Martin, unfortunately Paypal "changed the rules" back in 2017, this problem is compounded by the fact that v11 is no longer supported.
This post should provide the necessary details to fix your problem:-

However, my recommendation is to upgrade to v15, even if there are no "offers" (click on your profile, Offers), paypal works, responsive sites are easy, and the new features are very handy. Why not download a trial and check it out?

Yeah, it was disappointing as I was looking to upgrade but the issue I had was not fixed for such a long time that it seemed silly to upgrade when they couldn't resolve my issue.
I even tried changing web hosts to try to remedy it.
Don't do trials, but I need to have a good look at the new features and their worth.
What is the difference between Professional and normal version?
I'm no expert. but manage to bumble through most of it.
I have fairly basic wholesale and reatil websites with shops.
My main business is wholesale, so I'm not looking to be able to promote it all over social media etc, just like intuitive and easy use primarily.
Martin, the differences can be seen here

However, I use Pro because I now cannot survive without TABS in text objects (multiple text boxes within the one object) and being able to define additional responsive resolutions and then being able to define line breaks for any resolution in responsive settings. These small additions seem petty (and I guess they are), especially for the additional cost.
I have a number of sites in evolution, even one or 2 with shops. They work fine and look great, if evo currently serves your needs I strongly suspect in v15 it will continue to do so.

No problems, thanks
Last question.
Just wondering if upgrading from v11 to v15 is a straight upgrade without requiring conversions and adaptions.
I'll do it regardless, but this will help define a window that I may need to dedicate to getting it all done properly.
Martin, export from v11, import the iwzip into v15 and wx5 should do a pretty good job of recreating your desktop site. It should immediatetly be quite useable. The only thing that may cause some confusion is the change in menu functionality. You will probably find the background colours of your old menu items will now be a graphic, you simply delete this graphic and use the new functionality. When the header is transferred, all text will become graphics that look the same, I recommend placing a text cell over each line of text and re-create it as real text, then when it looks the same, delete the graphic text. The responsive site will take a bit more work, but should be quite entertaining :-).

Thanks, sounds good.

I've purchased downloaded v15, but haven't applied it yet until I can find some time to go through it all thoroughly.
In the meantime I used the fix above but can't seem to get it to make a difference.
I replaced the required information and ended up with the following code

Did I get something wrong?
Martin, I too tried the code and I am sure it works (but not for me), I exported my site (in my case v12) and imported to v15 and everything worked as expected. (I exported from a version saved as iwzip before implementing the paypal code).

Yeah, ok.
I'll make some tiome to upgrade in the next few days.
May as well jump in I guess :)
I guess most people here would be frothing at the mouth to get a new version going. lol
