I can't update the list of user who have regitered online. I can see in /admin that people have registered, but I cant download users to WebSite X5.

Is the website adres in step 1 correct, please check!
Is the website a secure website? Do you have an error stating the adress in step1 is not correct if you upload site?

Got this message: "The selected server ot destination folder does not match the website URL given in the General Setting!
But I can't see whats wrong. Same path as on web.

I'm using one.com as host.
Is the website a secure website? (with https or with http as start)? https = secure

I added www and now it's OK.
