At 16 credits the skill bar is expensive for effectively displaying a static completion amount as a rectangle or circle.

As with some other objects it would be good if had some animation, timer functionality or could be driven by an external event.

For example if it blinked, or refreshed its progress from 0 to set percentage, used a timer to advance the progress to advance the bar to its maximum setting. Then it would be worth the 16 credits vs. maybe the 0 or 5 credits its really worth at the moment.

As advanced functionality, it could còntinue to support its animation until an external event occured, elapsed time or user clicks to interrupt the progress.

Thus please consider adding more functionality to this object, making it free or reducing the amount of credits to 5 to cover investment and future recovery.
