X5 start doesnt include contact form?

I have website X5 start and cannot find contact form on the page layout table (main page contents).
Does this version contain it?
If no, can I purchase it in marketplace or somewhere?
Or I need to buy higher version for example evolution?

Unfortunately, and as JJ.Juag said, it is not possible to create a contact form using the Start edition. I kindly suggest you to consider using the Evolution, which has many features more. Here you can download the free demo version:
