if you want set your menu fixed with the scroll you can check at the step 4 -> menu main the option on "automatic scrollingof themenu". Have you try this?

Hello, if I correcly understood, you simply need to activate the fixed backgroud option in the Custom Template. This option is visible when you select the background. Let me know.
