Ricky, if they have changed something then surely you need to ask your host?

I assume the upload worked previously and only recently failed? If you export to disk and upload via filezilla (or similar) does it work?

Unfortunately v8 is no longer supported by Incomedia, so they will not be able to assist (perhaps an update to v16 is in order even though you will probably have to recreate your site, but it does offer many advantages, not the least of which is responsive website to meet googles requirements)
