How do I change the order of objects in responsive website

I am building a responsive website but some of the objects/images do not appear in the order that I want. All looks good in pc view but canges in tablet and phone view

Derek, unfortunately this is not an option in Evolution (although it is in Professional).
I've got Professional Esahc. How do I do that please?
