how to add google recaptcha on email form.

When build a small customer detail input form I can see "Enable Captcha anti-spam filter"

However I dont see how to add the Google reCaptcha as explained in one of the tutorals.

I registered my site with google and have the kays but donot see where to input them.

Is there a detailed user guide on this.
