la prima volta che  si accede ad admin viene richiesto utente e passord

dopodiche viene visualizzato l'erore "Impossibile visualizzare la pagina HTTP500"

se si prova ad accedere di nuovo ad admin, non viene piùrichiesto utente e password

ma viene visualizzato direttamente "Impossibile visualizzare la pagina HTTP500"

ora la sezione admin restituisce pagina bianca, sembra che ci siano dei problemi con il PHP o i permessi della cartella /admin.

Verifica anche con il provider di avere un PHP almeno 5.6 e che per la cartella admin non ci siano permessi particolari.

Dunque...., ti riassumo la sistuazione, in quanto sta diventando un rimbalzino, è colpa sua, è colpa di quell'altro,

vorrei risolvere soltanto risoplvere un problema.

Dopo aver aggiornato website all'ultima versione e pubblicato il sito non venivano vusualizzate le pagine PHP, su vostro suggerimento ho chiesto di  aggiornare la versione PHP al provider, cosa che ha fatto, infatti le pagine del carrello sono diventate di nuovo visibili, rimane l'errore sul pannello ADMIN. inn base a quanto mi scrivi sopra ho nuovamente posto il problema al provider, il quale mi risponde:

Help desk: Bungiorno, in base al precedente tiket è stata richiesta una migrazione su php >= 5.6, pertanto abbiamo provveduto con la versione 5.6, poiché non abbiamo altre versioni intermedie con PHP7.0. Tuttavia, se il progetto è sviluppato con PHP5, dovete tenere di conto dei notevoli cambiamenti della versione 7, con il rischio di una totale compatibilità. Analizzando i logs, vedo un Fatal Error sulla chiamate DateTime::__construct(), pertanto vi suggerisco di analizzare quella, prima di migrare a PHP7. A disposizione per chiarimenti.

potresti comunicarmi quale server stai usando? Abbiamo verificato che un sito creato con WebSite X5 funziona correttamente su PHP 7. Nello specifico quella funzione è compatibile con PHP 7 dovresti verificare se è gestita correttamente dal tuo provider. Se puoi prova a caricare il tuo sito in un altro server anche gratuito per verificarne il funzionamento.

Abbiamo risolto finalmente i problemi, il provider ha aggiornato PHP alla vers.7, e tutto funziona,

a titolo di cronaca, vista la scarsa efficenza, tutti i  nostri siti saranno presto trasferiti.
