I have lost the program on 2 of my 3 computers and according to your records I have reached my maximum of 3 unlock codes. I gave 1 computer which had a previouls unlocked version on it to my grandaughter (after cleaning the drive and removing all programs). Then my desktop crashed and I lost the program. So in reality I only have 1 unlocked version on 1 computer. How can I get my other 2 computers unlocked?

-> make a new post and set to *private* so that only Inco can read
-> attach your purchase info and mail used for registering (+ new mail if changed meanwhile)
-> attach info what happened
Inco will answer within 24/48 hours (except weekends or holidays)
I can see your licence as active, the software can be installed on 2 pcs, so you can request only 1 activation.
