If you have both ver. 11, ver. 14 and ver 17, Then try to import the 11-project in ver 14 and if that is succesful, then export from 14 and import in ver 17.

Materska, you are only entitled to download versions you have previously purchased. If you require v11 you can download it from your profile (top right this page) assuming you registered it with your current email address and password. Incomedia can assist if this information has changed or the password lost over the years.

To import the project from v11 into v17 you need an iwzip file. This is created in v11 by going to step 5 export, export project. When you open v17 you can import the old project.

However, if you were using v11 professional then v17 evolution cannot import it (you would require v17 professional)

On your profile is the version 14.

You should therefore be able to on your profile to select the version 14 for download.

You then install the program and it should not affect your actual version. As I remember it was first from version 15 it began with not having a separate folder for each version.

Or - maybe ESAHC gave the answer - maybe your v11 is professional and your v17 is not. I assumed it was the same version type.
