Hi,

I have used a dynamic content widget on a page. I am logged in to edit the widget which I can do but when I save and return to the page the content has not saved but returns to the default text. Any ideas please?

Hello.

  1. I would start by checking the version of PHP.I recommend 7.1.
  2. It is also worth re-checking the connection to the database.
  3. Check for errors in the browser console.
  4. Check for errors in the server logs.

at STEP 1 SETTINGS / ADVANCED / DATA MANAGEMENT you must also insert a folder that has write permissions.
