Downloading Software To Obtain Unlock Code

I recently purchased the Websitex5 elvolution 9 software and have been trying to download to obtain my unlock code. I have tried to continuously try to install and have uninstalled with software with no luck. How can I get the unlock code to the software? please advise

. . . did you try to *register* with same mailadress ? (just have a look to your profile -> Licences)
After second installation you have to contact Inco for freeing a not used licence . . .

this is a new purchase not a used license, this is the first attempt to download software and I keep getting an error message: error with installation process, please re install software. So no, I havent gotten to the registration part as of yet

otherwise:
. . . make a new post and set it to *private* - so only Inco can read.
Attach your billing-info and (old - and new mail [if changed]) which you used for registration.
Within a short time you will get the info from Inco . . .
(Normally v9 *registrates* automatically with your provided email and then the code will be shown in your profile on right side -> My Licences . . .)
