Login information doesn't match update  en

I did the update and now it's asking me for my key and login information and it's saying the key and login in information don't match. I have triple checked my information and it's still not letting me get in. I swear something like this happens with every update and it's so infuriating which is why I waited to do the update in the first place.

Hello.

  1. Log in to your personal account on this site (check your username and password and save it in notepad).
  2. Download the latest available version of the program.
  3. Install it using the key from your account.
  4. Activate it using the data from the first item on my list (login and password from notepad).

Try to temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall.

I did that in the first place and it did not work which is why I posted this question

So it finally worked, but only after updating from the website instead of updating from program which doesn't make much sense but it's working again
