Not able to open from backup.iwprj2

i am try to open from backup. did what yu suggested in other posts to copy backup, renam it to project and when i tried to open it comes an error. i have attached a snapshot. "

Unfortunately, this file is defective, do they have any other backup files?

unfortunatly no other backup file and original project file got deleted during pc reset.

Unfortunately you do not need just the backup file, you need all the other files that should be in the project directory as well.
If you have these then the project should open and if not you could try rename library.xml -> library-old.xml and fonts.xml -> fontsold.xml and metadata.xml as metadataold.xml
After doing this, rename librarybu.xml -> library.xml and likewise for fontsbu and metadatabu
Unfortunately the only reliable form of backup is created in step5 export project. The created iwzip file can be imported onto any PC - it is a fully self contained backup of all required files.
