WebSite X5 doesn't include that sort of functionality as a native feature.
However, there are plenty of free resources on the web which you can make use of. Here is just one example:

You can do a Google search for more.
Most of the sites provide clear instructions, and WebSite X5 provides numerous places to insert the code in the HEAD or BODY of the page as necessary.

At the moment it is not possible to have this feature in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
