Is A2 Hosting the only web host that is partnered with websitex5 for US based site? If so, what are your thoughts on their service?
Are there any other web hosts recommended and partnered with websittex5?

You are free to choose any webhosting.
I never used a2 hosting.
All hostings have more or less same offers.
Maybe check out some list on internet for hosting companys in your country, read some tests and then decide on price and service.
You can allso switch if one does not live up to expectation.
International - one.com I used it by one year. It was ok but then they added Polish hosting Superhost.pl and I use it for about 3 years.
