A simple Database to store names and addresses

Hi
I would like to create a very basic customer database with 6or 7 text fields, name/address etc. I understand how to create a database in website x5 and how to creating the table in phpMyAdmin. What would be the best way to input the data from website x5 and storing it in the database.

You can use the Contact Form Object in conjunction with the Send data to a Database option as shown below:

You need to set the Database Field Name for each of the fields in your Contact Form using the option in the field properties:
