I am sending a confirmation e-mail for an online form.
Is there any way of adding extra fields into the confirmation?
The user has to upload a file, we would like to return the filename in the e-mail to the user.

There is unfortunately no way of adding extra fields to the confirmation email, without modifying WebSite X5's source code. Incomedia don't offer support for custom code.
You could open an 'Idea' post to ask the developers to take this into consideration for a future upgrade to the software.
