Updating problem

Hello,
I am using WebSite X5 Evolution 10. I had to format my computer and reinstall the programm again. After that, I have tried to update it and I am receiving an error 406 message.
Any idea for what I have to do to solve the problem?

Through your profile (top right), downloads you should have been able to get the full install of the latest v10. Once installed there should be no updates.
Similarly you also appear to be entitled to download and install v13 & v14. You should not attempt to upgrade to these versions, simply install.
