After I have clicked at the options corner right about smartphone, viewport, desktop....now it appeared just empty page. Could somebody help?

Search the WebSite X5 Help Center (multilingual)
Untag the box with 123 in it (no more blue square around it.)
Close preview.
then start preview again but hold down ctrl button as you click preview.

still can not work without preview....in the attachment is my preview...
That's strange, try the top right pulldown button and select an different browser.
What happens then?
And also what happens if you make a small new project with a text and a picture object and then check preview?

probably WebSite x5 does not correctly recognize your network ip.
If you know your correct network ip you can go to C: Username username windows AppData Local Incomedia Site X5 - Pro
and in the config.xml file set the following items with your network ip.
<IPAddress>tuoip</IPAddress>
<PortNumber>8080</PortNumber>
If you don't know it, you can delete the config.xml file or set the following values:
<IPAddress>127.0.0.1</IPAddress>
<PortNumber>8080</PortNumber>

But I could preview before at the beginning. Since I've clicked around the button top right side in preview, I got this problem. Now still can not continouse working....
And I couldn't find the file config.xml as you mentioned.
I can show you when I open the file X5-Pro...it's showed as the attachment....no file config.xml

I understand what you mean. I did like you said....but I could go just until username.( C:\User\username) then I don't find AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro
But I found the Website X5 in C:\User\username\Document\Incomedia\WebSite X5-Pro
And Inside the folder Website X5-Pro has no config.xml. I found the folder like in the picture. I've opened all folder, but coudn't see file config.xml Seem it hidden away.
What can I do?

I found config.xml !! and deleted it!
Then I open the program x5 Pro, project and preview...but it's still empty page showed!

Seems there are more than one time the file config.xml
Should I delete everywhere where I found config.xml ? (I found config.xml in Template too and deleted it.) but not sure that I allowed to delete everywhere...

Don't delete files you are not sure off if it's the correct one. That can only make things worse.
Try a restart of pc, start only x5 up, and start preview with ctrl key pressed.
I asked previously what happens if you use top right pulldown in preview and select there a browser.
If you have still no luck, install x5 again, then do the above again.
Only delete the file if you are 110% sure that the path to the file is the same.
@ Incomedia, why is the webserver setting for preview port and ip removed from setup? I know it's been a while i think it was last available in v14. This can help in these cases.

Andre, I already deleted the config.xml, restart, open the x5 again, and ctrl preview...but now appeared X5 Logo...I can show in the attachment. When I click at the button preview the website on another browser is also appeared empty site. I tried to open another template and do preview, it's also same.

Hello, I deinstall and do again install, open the project and preview....still same...empty page! I checked the path to look config.xml but didn't see anymore. Why? When I can work on X5? It's too complicated!

when I clicked at step4Page creation and click at the object, I can see preview right hand side below (in the picture), but it's appeared slowly...and when double click at the text object, I don't see those text. It's empty....

By far the prime cause of preview issues is antivirus/firewall/security software interfering with WebSite X5.
Try temporarily bypassing any such software on your computer, or add a permanent exception for WebSite X5.

Hi Paul, I turn off Firewall, the system asked me how long...I clicked at 10minute...the message warning with sound pipp...pipp...warning icomedia App....it can may be hacked....I clicked yes, and open x5 and preview....It's work!! Then I worry about hacked...I went back to the firewall and turn it on again, and go back to x5 preview...It's still work! OMG!
Is it correct what I did? Hope I don't get hack?

If you are using Avast Antivirus (which I assume you are) then you can add WebSite X5 as a permanent exception by following the instructions below:

This will not compromise your security in any way: WebSite X5 is a benign software with no malicious components.
I am glad your issue is now resolved.
On a personal note I used to be a fan of Avast software but I no longer use it as it seems to have become bloated and beset with problems.
I pay for my virus scanner / firewall, it's importand to have it good working and kept up to date protection unfortunatly.
It has saved me many times becaues i test a lot also with mail servers that get a lot of spam.
I have avast on 1 laptop where i have no importand software running, but on my others devices i like to be sure....
So it depends on what you do with your pc and what kind of info you have on it.

I couldn't remember how I begin with Avast, but I don't like it. I feel the problem I got, that problem come from Avast and I need to buy the package to solve those problem. I feel they are criminal. When this package expire, I will change to another anitivirus. May be I should change immedietely....
