Is WebsiteX5 project restore possible from iwprj?

Dear team, hi!
I have reinstalled Windows OS on my PC.
WebsiteX5 back up files in C:\Windows.old\Users\Ana\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v12 were kept safe and contain my last updated version in .iwprj format (project.iwprj).
Is it or is not possible to restore work?

Thank you for the links. I have read all again. Nothing helps. Or I am doing smt wrong.Screenshot attached.
I noticed in "Preferences" section I dont have as many active checkboxes as in the examples you shared. Could this be the source of the problem? (my 1st ticked box says in Russian "Check for updates at program startup", last - "Refresh pages as project is being edited")
Also I have reinstalled WebsiteX5 few days ago. All past projects are not there now. Can this be the problem or I should be able to restore from last backup anyway?
Sorry for stupid questions. I dont have tech bg, I cant imagine what .iwprj should do. I keep expecting it to transform somehow to iwzip, so that system will allow me to import a backup.
Please let know if you need more info or screenshots to imagine where i am going wrong. Thank you
