I am not able to edit field customer details in WebSite X5 evolution. For example I am not able to add the company name or seletct or deselect options. Please find enclosed picture. Why is that like this?

Hello.As far as I know, some fields really cannot be disabled.These are the features of the program.But you can disable other fields using these options.
You can also add new fields - the "ab" icon. If you cannot do this, then you have something with the program.Try reinstalling it, try update .NET Framework, try temporarily disabling the antivirus.
