Help guys... Unable to add +/- quantity on my webshop... After update to 2019.3.9. Incomedia is no answering on our/my private message... Time is ticking away... On dasboard admin everything is green (pass) does any one have a solution? I need this function because my webshop plan to have a quantity data +/-

Hello.
1) Double check the database connection settings.
2) Temporarily disable the firewall.
3) Do not use VPN.
4) Check that the hosting does not block your requests.
5) Try to run the program as administrator.
