Brigitta, you are obviously on the internet so that is not the issue. The problem could be transient and if you wait it might clear itself (I cannot upload my sites if the webhost is carrying out maintenance or backup).

But it could also be your 3rd party antivirus, etc. Please temporarily either remove or disable all 3rd party antivirus, malware, firewall or VPN solftware. If that works you can put it back and add an exclusion for WX5
