Can't remember how to "flip" an image

Argh. I am having to complete my website from scratch because I have somehow lost ALL the files. Hence, I'm kind of having to re-learn a lot. On my current About Me page ,
I canNOT remember how to do the image "flip" of the dAO yin/yang symbol and the DAO definition. Thank you, Someone, for saving me more minutes/hours of frustration.

Most likely it is the optional Animated Image Object.
BUT
You can come close if you place an image, select display tab and then select a mouse over effect. You can also add cell effect (step 4, select object, select effect)?
20/20 hindsight is great. Creating an iwzip (step 5 export project) would have meant you could not loose anything from the project.

I thought I did!!! 
I have several websites using this software and no idea how this happened to me on this one. ) As you suggest, I thinkit was Animated Image Object. But I don't see how to get to that option. (sorry, it's really been a while). Attached is the screen I'm looking at. ??
Debra, from the screen shot you provided, click on manage
Then click on update
Then install the optional object
