I create a contact form, but it does not send mail.

Dear Authorized; I am a website x5 pro user. I created a contact form on my site. But, in trials, the information is not in my mail. So I could not create a working contact form. I also received help from the website x5 help page for this. The information entered in the communication form does not come as an e-mail even though I have applied all the things said. can you help me please?

are you using an email adress that is provided by your host?
Some hosts demand that this and won't send email through a form if the mailadress used is not from them.
So check this this might be your problem.
Else check with your provider if the PHP version is at least 7.2 this can be changed at your host in there admin panel.
